General Rules

1. All customers will be responsible for their conduct when at Grimsby Golf Centre.

2. The management reserves the right to cancel any booking or refuse entry if the customer does not conduct themselves in a suitable manner. No refund will be given.

3. Should a situation beyond our control result in us having to cancel bookings, customers affected will be given a credit via

4. Grimsby Golf Centre does not accept any liability for accidents, injury, or misadventure. Range/course users are responsible for making their own insurance agreements in respect of any injuries suffered or caused to them, or caused by them to any third party.

5. Grimsby Golf Centre does not accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to property belonging to any Grimsby Golf Centre customers.

6. All players and spectators are asked to use the facility in a manner considerate towards other users of the Centre.

Booking and Cancellation

7. Bookings may be made online or via our reception team. Online bookings should be made via our website using the ‘book now’ buttons, which will then be redirected to An account will need to be set up on first use.

8. Online customers are able to pre-book activity times one calendar month in advance. For large group bookings, parties, events and educational visits, it will be possible to book further in advance by contacting our reception team.

9. For Jurassic Adventure and FootGolf, there must be no more than six players on any one tee time booking. Larger groups will need to book additional tee times. 

10. For the Golf Range, each individual customer may book up to four bays at the same time. 

11. All payments must be made via debit or credit card. No cash payments will be taken. 

12. You may change your booking up until 6 hours before you are due to arrive at the golf centre. You will be given a credit via, which you can use within the following two weeks. Bookings cancelled with less than 6 hours to go will not receive any credit. No refunds will be made, except in exceptional circumstances and only when emailed to
